Meet Kristen Buckley
Founder of Positive Shifts

Kristen Buckley, a retired police officer with 20+ years in law enforcement, created Positive Shifts after living the reality of a first responder’s life. The long shifts, constant stress, and emotional weight affect more than the job - they impact health, mindset, relationships, and overall well-being.

Through her own journey, Kristen built a balanced, sustainable lifestyle and now she helps other first responders do the same. As a certified Life and Health & Wellness Coach, she combines real experience with professional training to guide those who serve our communities toward lasting well-being.
